Space Wolves Rules

Acute Senses

A Space Wolf spots Hidden models at twice the usual range: double the model's Initiative, in inches. At Initiative 4 that reach is 8".

Berserk Charge

When it charges, the model doubles its Attacks characteristic for that turn's Hand-to-Hand Combat. Any bonus for a second weapon is added after the doubling: a Blood Claw with two weapons rolls 3 Attack Dice instead of 2. The model may not Parry in that turn, whatever weapons it carries.

Carried by Blood Claw Pack, Ragnar Blackmane.

Bjorn's Pool

As the game begins, a D6 is rolled and the score noted: that number is Bjorn's pool of modifiers. Whenever a hit damages Bjorn, the result read from his damage charts may be lowered one step for each point taken from the pool, though never below 1. An exhausted pool changes nothing more.

Carried by Bjorn the Fell-Handed.

Crew (Servitor)

Servitors fight as weapon crews, working their weapon and defending it if they must. Crew whose weapon is destroyed make at once for another machine and stand by as its reserve crew, or join an Iron Priest's bodyguard instead. A bodyguard and its Iron Priest are one unit, with the Iron Priest in command.

Carried by Rapier Laser Destroyer, Servitor Bodyguard, Tarantula.

Dodge (Ragnar Blackmane)

Ragnar dodges a hit from shooting on an unmodified D6 roll of 4+. Where he dodges a Blast template, the model is set at the template's edge.

Carried by Ragnar Blackmane.

Great Strength

Ranulf may trade both of his usual Attacks in Hand-to-Hand Combat for a single Attack Dice at Strength 10.

Carried by Wolf Guard Ranulf.

Leadership (Wolf Priest)

A Space Wolf may take a failed Leadership Test once more while a Wolf Priest stands within 8", whatever kind of test it was: a Break Test or a Psychology test qualifies as much as any other.

Carried by Ulrik the Slayer, Wolf Priest.

Save (Servitor)

Armoured parts of a Servitor's body give it a 5+ Armour Save.

Carried by Rapier Laser Destroyer, Servitor Bodyguard, Tarantula.

Wolf Battle Howl

Once in a game, as any Movement Phase begins, Ragnar may howl. Every Space Wolf on the table, Ragnar included, must then Charge the enemy, and charges at three times its Movement rather than twice: 12" for a model with Movement 4. Long Fangs may ignore the howl, at their player's choice.

Carried by Ragnar Blackmane.
